What can the pawn take?

The pawn is the odd one out: it moves straight ahead but takes diagonally, one square forward and to the side. In this drill you tap every black piece the white pawn could capture right now. Find them all and the next board appears.

Get five boards in a row right for a silver star and ten in a row for gold. A wrong tap shows you the answer and starts your count again. There is nearly always a piece straight in front of the pawn, and it is never the answer.

Tip: the pawn can take at most two pieces, on the two squares diagonally ahead of it. Everything else on the board is safe from it.
